HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I had all four wisdom teeth extracted. From start to finish the entire staff was extremely kind and helpful. From immediately after and all the way through the recovery, I never experienced any pain or discomfort. Will definitely return in the further for any oral surgery needs. Thanks again

The dentist and the clinical staff were outstanding. They were kind, compassionate, professional, and made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. I truly appreciated the care my family received. Unfortunately, my experience with the billing department was the complete opposite. I would strongly encourage anyone receiving treatment here to carefully review all insurance claims, explanations of benefits, and account statements. I discovered significant billing issues involving my secondary insurance that resulted in unnecessary complications and the exhaustion of available benefits. Had I not reviewed the insurance documentation myself, the issue may have gone unnoticed. What was most disappointing was not just the billing error itself, but the way my concerns were handled. Rather than taking ownership and working toward a resolution, the office manager was dismissive, condescending, and unwilling to acknowledge the documentation I provided from the insurance company. The lack of transparency and accountability was extremely frustrating. The dental care deserves five stars. The billing and office management do not. I hope the practice reviews its billing procedur

My 9 year old had a procedure at EOS with Dr. London and I have to say the staff here are AMAZING. From front desk staff to bedside everyone was so kind and especially to my son. He was treated with so much love! Highly recommended!!!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Elite Oral Surgery of Wellington! I was extremely nervous walking in, but the entire team made me feel so calm and comfortable right away. From the incredibly sweet lady at the front desk to Dr. London himself, everyone was just great. Dr. London and his medical assistant are both highly professional and so kind. They took the time to explain every detail and guided me through the entire process so I knew exactly what to expect. On the day of my procedure, I had two molars extracted and an abscess treated. They worked super fast, and to my surprise, it was completely painless! Just when I least expected it, they told me we were already done. In general, the whole staff is just fantastic. I highly recommend Dr. London and his team to anyone needing oral surgery!

I had the most horrible uncomfortable discouraging frustrating infuriating experience imaginable Let me tell you my story. After this disgusting display of unprofessional behavior I would never recommend this office to anybody I'm calling the American dental association any association or corporation these type of practices I'm going to file a complaint. It may not be the doctor but it might be his office staff. This is the series of events that have taken place. I was referred to them by a dentist from that dentist office there was an appointment made Several days later I got a phone call did not know it was from this office. Whoever called me I said hello hello is anybody there why you calling me if you're not going to answer when I say hello hello hello hello I'm very busy I have a lot going on things to do please don't call me and waste my time got no response The next day I call and I say somebody called me from this number and they would not talk I kept trying to say hello and I became frustrated because there was no response I kept calling and calling and calling I asked for an office manager I was told they don't have an office manager I said come on every office has a mana
